The Rise 4 Disability regional exhibitions provide opportunities for families, healthcare professionals and disabled individuals to view the latest products and services from leading assistive equipment suppliers.
With over 70 exhibitors and a host of speakers this is looking to be a busy and informative event.

Philip North (DIPCOT) Occupational Therapist/Driver Assessor – William Merritt Centre
Philip will give an interactive talk describing his role as a driver assessor and the way in which clients with disabilities can be enabled to continue to drive with or without vehicle adaptations.
Philip is a qualified Occupational Therapist of over 34 years, with experience of working in NHS, Social Care and Private and third sectors. 15 years’ experience of working at William Merritt Disabled Living Centre, Leeds as a driver assessor. Involved in medical fitness to drive assessments considering the impact of a medical condition on someone’s ability to learn, continue or return to driving of any age.
