Sean Lawrence has been appointed as the new Centre Manager at HAD effective from 1 October. Sean became a fully qualified Driving Instructor at the age of 22. At this time, he was one of the youngest Instructors in the country. After six years of running his own Driving School, he decided on a new challenge and applied for the job of Driving Assessor at HAD. He had a strong desire to help people with disabilities and this seemed the perfect career move. This was a very rewarding chapter his life and he thoroughly enjoyed his role as Assessor. During this time, Sean also achieved a grade 6, and later a grade A on his DSA standards checks. Nine years on from starting at HAD, Sean has now been appointed the new manager which he is immensely proud of, and excited about. Sean is looking forward to the new challenges he faces in his new role and managing a great team he has inherited at HAD.
